Dancer, performer, choreographic assistant, researcher and choreographer in the dance field.

As a short ID : a part of her heritage is from the French culture and the other from Chinese culture, she as well grew up on a volcanic island in the indian ocean, and grew up surrounded by tropical and creole flavour. She studied at the Conservatory in Reunion Island and then at 16 years old entered the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse in Lyon, France. She studied ballet and contemporary dance. At the age of 20 she settled down in Brussels and began to work as interpreter-performer for various companies.

She has been involved in various ways within the Axis Syllabus International Research Community as a participant and part of the staff for several Nomadic Colleges since 2009, as a teacher candidate since 2014 and as a certified teacher from 2017.

She feeds her curiosity with the different aspects and dimensions of the Movement. Practice and exchange allow her to connect with various forms of expressions and inspirations.

She works on giving space for permitting creativity to flourish.

On the roads around the globe since 18 years, between creations, tours for performances and training, she is permanently cultivating the artistic and intellectual nourishment. Her aim is to widen and refine her perception, her vision and her knowledge of the art of Dance. Faced with discoveries and unknowns, she is sensitive to the body in its plasticity, its humanity and as a witness of our contemporary world.

To quote her flagship projects in summary: She had Blush (Wim Vandekeybus) as Pellis (Thibaud Le Maguer), to move to the Gadget Study and Les Mariés (Mattéo Moles), to land at A l’Ombre des Arbres (At the shadow of the Trees) followed by Spirale (Félicette Chazerand), then to vary the tastes, meets Lisa and Traverse... the glob (Arcosm), to also intersect the Axis Syllabus by being permanently En Transit ... she assists Frey Faust at different times as pedagogue and choreographer.

In the second part of her career, she generously poses her artistic vision and assists Suites and Mainly Love (Tomas Danielis), meets the visual artist Miet Warlop, interprets the Leaves of Grass project (Bud Blumenthal). Play on screen in Meta and Sirènes, video-dance (Elodie Paternostre) and a new creation within the company Arcosm for Subliminal. She continues to explore the scene to make the Corps Confiants (Trustful Bodies) and prepares an interpretation for Rondes as creation to come (Félicette Chazerand). She receives her certification as a teacher Axis Syllabus being recommended by Frey Faust, Francesca Pedulla and Jerome D’Orso.

Among all of these creative projects, she focuses on her choreographic solo entitled Racines (Roots)

Danseuse, interprète, performeuse, assistante chorégraphique, chercheuse et chorégraphe dans le domaine de la danse.

Carte d'identité : son héritage mixte est de culture française et de culture chinoise. Elle grandit sur une île volcanique au milieu de l'Océan Indien entourée de saveurs tropicales et créoles. Elle a étudié au Conservatoire National de Musique et de Danse de Lyon, en France. Elle a étudié la danse classique et la danse contemporaine. À l'âge de 20 ans, elle s'installe à Bruxelles et commence sa carrière en tant qu’artiste danseuse interprète pour diverses compagnies.

Anne-Cécile Chane-Tune s’implique de différentes manières au sein de la Communauté Internationale de Recherche de l’Axis Syllabus ; en tant que participante et faisant partie de l'équipe organisationnelle pour plusieurs Nomadic College depuis 2009, en tant que candidate enseignante depuis 2014 et aujourd’hui enseignante certifiée en 2017.

Le processus inhérent à la recherche reste son premier intérêt.
Elle nourrit sa curiosité par différentes dimensions du Mouvement. La pratique et l’échange lui permettent de se relier à diverses formes d’inspirations et d'expressions.
Elle oeuvre à donner l’espace nécessaire pour l’épanouissement de la créativité.

Sur les routes depuis 15 ans, entre créations, tournées et pédagogie ces dernières années, elle est en culture permanente de nourriture artistique et intellectuelle dans le but d’élargir et d’affiner sa perception, sa vision et ses connaissances de l’Art de la danse. Face aux découvertes et aux inconnues, elle est sensible au corps dans sa plasticité, son humanité et comme témoin de notre monde contemporain.

Pour citer ses projets phares en résumé : Elle eut du Blush (Wim Vandekeybus) comme du Pellis (Thibaud Le Maguer), pour passer au Gadget Study et aux Mariès (Mattéo Moles), pour se poser A l'Ombre des Arbres suivi de Spirale (Félicette Chazerand), puis pour varier les goûts, rencontre Lisa et Traverse... le monde (Arcosm), pour aussi entrecroiser l'Axis Syllabus en étant en permanence En Transit... elle assiste à différentes reprises Frey Faust en tant que pédagogue et artiste chorégraphe.

En deuxième partie de carrière, elle pose son regard artistique et assiste Suites et Mainly Love (Tomas Danielis), rencontre l'artiste plasticienne Miet Warlop, interprète les projets Leaves of Grass (Bud Blumenthal). Joue dans Meta et Sirènes, vidéos-danse (Elodie Paternostre) ainsi qu'une nouvelle création au sein de la compagnie Arcosm pour Subliminal. Elle continue d’explorer la scène à rendre les Corps Confiants et prépare une interprétation sur l’idée de la Ronde comme future création (Félicette Chazerand). Elle reçoit sa certification en tant qu’enseignante Axis Syllabus en étant recommandée par Frey Faust, Francesca Pedulla et Jérôme D’Orso. 

Parmi tous ces projets, elle se focalise à mener son solo chorégraphique intitulé Racines.
